Filters special designed for filtration in high temperature air handling systems, which is sturdy construction, high rated capacity, high dust holding capacity, low initial pressure drop and long operating life.

Applications: fine particulate filtration in sterilization systems, ovens of automobiles painting plant and etc.

Frame: galvanized steel or stainless steel

Filter media:  micro-glass fibers paper

Separators: corrugated aluminium

Protective grids: metal mesh on both sides

Sealant: glass fiber blanket

(affixed by high temperature glue without silicon)

Gasket: glass loop with 5mm thickness

EN 779 class: F6-F8

Average dust spot efficiency: 60-90%
